"Well-Be-In" is a solo exhibition by Catherine Chinatree, an artist based in Margate. The exhibition features works Inspired by her daily ritual of bathing in the sea at Walpole Bay Tidal Pool in Margate, UK.

She uses water as a recurring motif that symbolises fluidity, transformation, nostalgia, worship, and rest. The fluidity of water represents the ever-changing nature of life, and its transformative properties signify the ability to adapt and evolve, Additionally, the nostalgic and worshipful connotations of water evoke a sense of reverence for the past and the spiritual realm, while the peacefulness and restfulness of water create a sense of calm and tranquillity.

Through her work, Chinatree aims to foster greater compassion for the ocean and encourage reconnection with nature.
